She doesn't just sell insurance—she genuinely cares about the people she serves, and it shows in everything she does. "Teresa is the epitome of “Yesterday’s Customer Service”: you know, during the days of telephone calls and speaking to a live person and getting a live response promptly and resolving issues in the same phone call without having to jump over giant hurdles. She is kind, responsive, very knowledgeable, makes suggestions to save you money which is unheard of in the insurance world. She follows up with you and makes sure you understand everything you want to know About your policy and billing.
Loretha is also great! She is my elderly mother‘s point of contact for Cindy Ringler‘s agency and she goes above and beyond, Even making home deliveries of policy documents and Safe Drive beacons.
